Kapekost Limited is a software engineering consultancy based in London. We work with product teams and small companies that need senior engineering capacity — without the overhead of a large agency or the risk of an under-qualified contractor.

Our background spans academic research in multimedia systems and distributed computing, and over a decade of industry experience building products at scale — from early-stage startups to large consumer platforms.

We are direct about what we can and cannot do, and we hold ourselves to the same standards we expect from production software: correct, observable, and maintainable.

Alongside consultancy, we are building the AI Review Platform — infrastructure for engineering teams operating in an AI-first world. That work informs everything we do.
